Bijaei has a strong leadership and management background, with unbridled passion and innovative ideas for Consumer Loyalty & Relationship management businesses. Bijaei earned his business management education as a part of the Founding Class of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

  

Bijaei earned his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola College and Master's Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Subsequently, Bijaei worked in the advertising industry in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and with McCann Erickson Worldwide (FP7) in Dubai, UAE before returning to India to pursue his business management studies at the ISB.

  

After ISB, Bijaei joined Jet Airways, India’s largest airline and worked as the Head of its Loyalty Program - Jet Privilege (JP). While at Jet, Bijaei led the conversion of JP from a domestic loyalty program into a global loyalty program, and recalibrated the fundamental structure of the Program. He also created a host of global partnerships for JP with companies such as Shangri La, Lufthansa, HSBC, Qantas, Raffles, and Hertz, and made JP a decisively revenue-generating and profitable department for the airline. The program won the Freddie award, based on consumer votes for the first time under Bijaei’s leadership.

  

Post Jet Airways, and before joining Loylty Rewardz, Bijaei worked with MasterCard Worldwide as Associate Vice President & Account Head, responsible for MasterCard’s relationship with State Bank of India, India’s largest bank with over 33 million Debit Cards. While at MasterCard, Bijaei was twice conferred with the MasterCard SAMEA Star Award (South Asia, ME & Africa) & once with the APMEA Star Award (Asia Pacific, ME & Africa) for his achievements for MasterCard businesses worldwide.

Energetic and enthusiastic, Arundhoti heads the Strategic Business unit at Loylty Rewardz. She and her team are responsible for acquiring and managing the relationship with marquee clients, taking Loylty Rewardz to new levels of success. A gold medalist from NIT Durgapur, she honed her management acumen at IIM - Ahmedabad. Arundhoti has worked with organizations such as Citibank and TCS before joining Loylty Rewardz.

An intellectual powerhouse, Rohit is an engineering graduate from IIT Bombay, who went on to obtain a management degree from IIM - Calcutta. While his last assignment before joining Loylty Rewardz was with Manthan Services, he has also been associated with Jet Airways and Air India. With this invaluable experience, Rohit and his team play a key role in creating and managing our strategically important businesses in the travel domain.

Iggy joined us after an illustrious career of over 18 years with various organizations such as ITC InfoTech India Ltd., Siemens Info. Systems Ltd. and Emirates Group IT. Iggy has implemented Frequent Flyer Program systems within the airline industry as part of the different airlines’ Customer Loyalty Program (CLP/CRM) initiative. In Loylty, Iggy leads our loyalty technology solution LIDSys and ensures that the Loyalty Programs we run meets the highest standards.

A person with her finger on the pulse of the organization, Smita heads the Talent Development & Management team of Loylty Rewardz. She built her HR expertise with organizations such as Randstad Group and Reliance Media Works prior to joining Loylty Rewardz. She constantly strives to keep Loylty Rewardz as an employee centric organization, blending the organization’s growth with that of each team member.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Prince is one of the key pillars of Loylty, holding up the finance department. Previously, Prince worked with companies such as Ramee Group of Hotels, Integreon Managed Solution and Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy in their finance functions. In Loylty, Prince played a key role in process of raising our Series – B investment from Canaan Partners.

Rapidly growing with the organization, Priya today heads the Public Sector Business Unit, inculcating in her team, the spirit of Perfection and Tenacity. This team holds the responsibility of engaging with new clients in the public sector domain and also manages the relationship with the existing large public sector banking clients we have. Priya joined Loylty after an MBA from Amity University with quality marketing & brand management experience with Percept.

With management education from the ISB, Sanjeev leads our dynamic Brand Relationship Management team. He is a graduate from Loyola college he also has an MBA from ICFAI Hyderabad. Sanjeev joined us at Loylty with over 5 years of experience in the retail industry. Some of the organizations he was associated with were RPG Retail and FoodWorld Super Markets.

An ardent go getter, Kushank is known for his penchant for well grounded logic and perfection. He received his management education from the coveted Indian School of Business and holds an engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. As a founding team member of Loylty Rewardz, Kushank grew with the organization exponentially. At present Kushank heads the product management for Max Get More and spearheads our international expansion. Prior to Loylty Rewardz, Kushank worked with Aricent Technologies in the telecom software industry.

With over 13 years of rich and diverse experience in organizations such as GE Capital, ICICI OneSource, HDFC life insurance etc., Prashant heads our operations division at Loylty Rewardz. A fun loving and multifaceted personality, Prashant has led large teams across various verticals of operations prior to joining Loylty Rewardz. His past professional achievements include spearheading multiple process transitions and new initiatives at GE Capital, and building the entire service delivery vertical at HDFC life insurance. Prashant is also the lead vocalist in his band ‘Nijaat’.

Soorraj VS heads a high-performance sales team that creates Partnerships for all our loyalty programs that have a cumulative consumer base of over 150 million. Coming with over 12 years of Sales experience, Soorraj drives our dynamic Sales Teams based in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi, towards creating a network of partner organizations across the length and breadth of this country. Previously, Soorraj has held leadership roles in Bharti AXA IM, Reliance MF and ICICI Bank Ltd.
