organizational importance.
Ravishankar
Ravishankar, a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur with an MBA from ISB,
is with the strategy team in Monsanto India. Prior to this, he has worked for about
five years in strategy and M&A consulting with Accenture, the Boston Consulting
group and KPMG’s strategic and commercial intelligence team. Ravi began his career
with Unilever in India and worked with them for over seven years across functions.
Ravi serves on the board of Loylty Rewardz and will play the outsider's role of
critically analyzing the company's strategic decisions, and will advise us on growth
opportunities and initiatives.
Nalin Jain
Nalin Jain, Vice President South Asia, GE Aviation, is a business advisor and guide to the senior management of Loylty Rewardz.
Nalin has over 18 years of professional experience in deal structuring and business management spanning India and South East Asia. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surat, Nalin started his career with French engineered materials conglomerate Saint - Gobain occupying different positions of increasing responsibility in sales & marketing, business development and general management.
Subsequently, Nalin took a career break to do a one-year full-time MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, post which he joined Bombardier as Director Global Partnerships focused on developing business opportunities in India and SE Asia.
Rahul Singh
Rahul Singh serves on the Advisory Board of Loylty Rewardz and oversees our business development activities.
Rahul is an Entrepreneur at heart and has worked in various start-up assignments including in large companies. Discovering and implementing application of technology in new ways comes naturally to him. Currently he is working with a small angel investment fund for renewable energy – Gram Oorja, where he leads the solar energy initiative of the firm. A strong believer in renewable energy sources, Rahul has been an entrepreneur in the solar cell development industry previously.
Rahul was also the Head of HR BPO with TCS, India’s largest IT consulting firm with revenue over USD 9 billion. Before taking over the HR BPO vertical in TCS, Rahul was based in Amsterdam and managed the fastest growing account in Europe for TCS. Rahul is a B. Tech (IIT K) and an MBA (ISB) and lives with his wife Richa and son Tejas in Mumbai.
Vinay Krishna
Vinay is Co-Founder & CEO of Jigserv Digital (www.jigserv.com), a cross channel digital marketing platform company which helps enterprises optimize the returns from their digital media spends.
Passionate evangelist of consumer internet and digital marketing, Vinay is charged up about the impact that digital media can make to businesses and brands. Prior to starting Jigserv, Vinay was the Head - Microsoft Media Network, India. Microsoft Media Network is the flagship business for the Online Display Advertising Business of Microsoft.
Vinay is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) with Specialization in Strategy and Marketing and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT - Delhi. He has 18 years of diversified experience across Online Business, IT, Consulting and Manufacturing. Prior to Microsoft, he held various Sales Management and Marketing positions in SAP, ITC InfoTech, TCS and Shaw Wallace.
