Bijaei earned his business management education as a part of the Founding Class of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola College and Master's Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Subsequently, Bijaei worked in the advertising industry in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and with McCann Erickson Worldwide (FP7) in Dubai, UAE before returning to India to pursue his business management studies at the ISB.
Prior to founding Loylty Rewardz, Bijaei worked with Jet Airways as the Head of its Loyalty Program - Jet Privilege (JP), and with MasterCard Worldwide as the Head of MasterCard’s relationship with the largest bank in India, the State Bank Group. While at MasterCard, Bijaei was twice conferred with the MasterCard SAMEA Star Award (South Asia, ME & Africa) & once with the APMEA Star Award (Asia Pacific, ME & Africa) for his achievements for MasterCard businesses worldwide.
Siddharth brings a rich experience of 18 years in Finance in the IT Services & Consulting Industry. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Siddharth has worked with organisations like Infrasoft Technologies, Datamatics Global Services, Sony Music & RPG Group. During his stint at Datamatics & Infrasoft, Siddharth was responsible for the fund raising activity of the company, consummated couple of M&A transaction, Listing Compliances, Setting up of International Subsidiaries, Tax Planning and Treasury Management. Siddharth has led several key roles in the strategic decision making of the business. A Marathon Runner & Passionate Badminton player.
Rapidly growing with the organization, Priya today heads Retail Partnerships and Strategic & Public Sector Businesses, inculcating in her team the spirit of Perfection, Tenacity and Achievement. This team holds the responsibility of developing new clients in the strategic & public sector domain. Her team also manages the relationship with our existing public sector banking clients such as State Bank Group, Punjab National Bank, etc as well as our strategic clients such as Citibank, HDFC, etc. Priya has distinguished academic accomplishments of being a Post-Graduate from MICA, Ahmedabad and also holds an MBA from Amity University. Prior to joining Loylty Rewardz, she has had a few years of quality marketing & brand management experience with Percept.
With key competencies in all areas of Technology, Strategic Planning & Project Management, Siddharth leads the Delivery team at Loyalty Rewardz. As a Head of Delivery Team, Siddharth is responsible for redefining Technology & Operational Strategies & Product Development.
Siddharth has rich experience across industries in the technology domain. He has previously worked with organizations such as British Medical Journals, HCL Learning, Elixir, Register.com & AIG, among others. While working in the core management team at British Medical Journals, Siddharth developed the technology roadmap for B2B & B2C operations in the South Asian region.
Siddharth holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring Finance & Post-Graduate Degree in Computer Science from Pace University, New York.
Vaibhav heads the high-calibre Analytics team at Loylty Rewardz, providing measurable business value through cutting edge predictive consumer analytics and BIG Data technology for our clients. He holds an Engineering degree from IIT Bombay and has worked extensively in the Analytics domain with top tier consulting companies. In the past, Vaibhav has helped top US/APAC organizations leverage analytics to implement data driven solutions for their business improvements. His experience also includes advising large financial services, insurance and technology companies in marketing and risk management functions by building analytics capability to drive decision making.
Vivek drives Integrated Marketing here at Loylty Rewardz. He comes with more than 9 years of experience in formulating optimum marketing strategies, developing communication and executing campaigns. He leads an extremely energetic team that continuously strives to improve customer experience by analysing consumer behaviour and utilizing technology to drive personalized communication.
Vivek's last assignment was with Future Group, where he extensively worked on retail marketing strategies, online and offline retail integration and also, played a crucial role in setting up their loyalty program.
He is an MBA from Department of Management Sciences, University of Pune.
Ashish is a seasoned product manager and has experience building and shipping successful products, in both B2B and B2C space. At Loylty Rewardz, he leads the Max Get More product and aims to make it the most preferred platform for merchants to reach out to customers.
Prior to joining Loylty Rewardz, Ashish was leading the documentation services business for Cardekho.com, creating products to simplify used car buying and selling process. He has a significant experience in the FinTech space and during his stint at Nirvana Solutions, he championed product innovation and product implementation for their Investment Banking customers across the globe. Ashish is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and an MBA from The Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
Reena leads the Talent team of the Organization, with overall responsibility of Talent Development & Management at Loylty Rewardz, with focus on scaling up our resources and in creating a work environment that is conducive for high individual productivity and organizational success. Her team holds the responsibility of talent acquisition, employee engagement and organizational talent development. Reena plays a significantly impactful role in building our organization into a great place to work. Reena earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from K J Somaiya Insititute of Management Studies and Research. Prior to joining Loylty Rewardz, Reena has served in the Media & Entertainment Sector and has been associated with companies like Trigyn Technologies, Indiagames, UTV and The Walt Disney Company.
